Some pieces of cyrillic converter

cyrcode.pl a perl program which converts between different encoding (no conversion from transliteration), note: cyrcode includes the encoding table for koi8, win,iso6, mac,alt
transkoi.c a C program to convert from transliteration into KOI8

If you mirror the converter, please drop me a note...Also please report any bugs/security related problems... However any requests like "I want your converter, but know nothing about computers, will you install your converter on my cute Windows-5000 system?" will be ignored...
